Merlot creates impressions of black cherries, strawberry and plum. Sangiovese adds pronounced flavors of red currant and cherries and increases complexity. A nice balance between power and refinement. Present but fine tannins. A delicate balance that continues in the long, noble finish.
Tagliata di Manzo, filet pur with winter vegetables, roe deer tenderloin and other refined but tasty meat dishes.
